Exchanges

We can exchange your product within 14 days of receipt providing the original product purchased is in it's original unused and unworn condition. We ask that when returning the original product to us, that you include a pre- paid, stamped and addressed envelope for us to return the exchanged product. Please be aware that any product being exchanged is your responsibility until it reaches us. When sending an exchange please include these details: name, phone number, email, return address, details of exchange. Please ensure it is well packaged to avoid damage in the post and to get proof of postage.

Returns

If for some reason you are unhappy with the product purchased we will be happy for you to return the product within 14 days of receipt and a refund will then be made via paypal providing that the product is in it's original unused and unworn condition. Please be aware that any product being returned is your responsibility until it reaches us, therefore we recommend that you use Royal Mail, recorded delivery. Please ensure it is well packaged to avoid damage in the post and to get proof of postage.

If the product is returned in an unsaleable condition we reserve the right to not issue a full refund.
